My style of teaching focuses on muscle conditioning, Tabata, cardio conditioning, core classes, band and core workouts.

My Name is Katie O’Neil and I have been a personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor since 2005. I am certified through NCSF. My specialists include pre and postnatal, sports injury, muscle conditioning, nutrition and weight loss, and golf training. I love both personal training and group fitness. I have taught many small group training classes and large classes over the last 15 years. 

My classes range from small classes up to 30 students. My style of teaching focuses on muscle conditioning, Tabata, cardio conditioning, core classes, band and core workouts. I’m passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and pushing them beyond what they ever thought they were capable of accomplishing.
