Depending on the level of fitness, I like my students to have fun while training as they need to enjoy what they are doing. At the same time, I will always strive to push my students to the best of their abilities as I want them to step out of their comfort zone. Mainly I want them to see results body wise as that always puts a smile on my face. One thing for students to remember is it’s not all about training hard, your diet must be up to standard also this helps more than most people know.

Hi, my name is Ryan, and I am 29 years old from Adelaide, Australia. I am currently residing in Thailand where I train, teach, and fight competitively in Muay Thai. I was always the small skinny kid at school not even weighing 60kg, I wanted to change myself, gain confidence and most importantly I wanted to feel happy about my body. I have always been into sports from a young age including Tae Kwon Do, soccer, running, and basketball. It wasn’t until about the age of 18 when I started lifting weights – I have been doing this on and off for 11 years due to injury. I have always enjoyed fighting and watching combat sports and at the age of 24 I started training in Muay Thai. I love the art of Muay Thai as it teaches you respect, honor, and courage. I have had numerous fights and there’s no better feeling than getting in the ring and achieving something no one thought you could do. Begin your journey with me and let me help you reach your goals and dreams.
